Name: Qingque
Gender: Female
Appearance: A woman of short stature standing at about 143cm (4'8") with light brown colored hair typically tied into two ponytails in the back with black hair ties and a decoration featuring a bird tied on her left one. Dressed in typical Xianzhou fashion, she wears a shoulderless green and white thigh length dress and short heels. The dress itself is decorated with a number of bird patterns and designs.
Personality: Never slacks off at slacking off, and if she works hard its purely so she can maximize her slacking off time if all other options are exhausted, like say a certain pink haired Master Diviner has dragged her back to the Divination Commission. Qingque's entire modus operandi is generally how little effort and how little work I can get by with. and that has been true since her days when she was in classes being tutored, barely scraping by in classes with consistently average grades. She'd rather spend her days playing Celestial Jade, playing games (especially those games of chance) and doing anything else but actually working at the brutal, unfair, and quite frankly terrifying place known as the Divination Commission and its tyrannical ruler, the Master Diviner. Generally though, Qingque is a friendly and talkative sort. She'll likely challenge you to some fun games if theres anything around, and if she thinks she can use you to get out of work either by making you think she will be helpful at solving your problem, or by offloading a ton of work onto you she certainly will, and don't let her constant need to do anything but work fool you - she's a lot sharper than most folks give her credit for.
Brief History: To explain Qingque's history one needs to start at her schooling in the Lyceum. From freshman year to graduation, she was nothing remarkable. Her grades were always a single number: 60. Of course, this first came off as little more than her tutors believing her to be unremarkable and unsuited to academia, but eventually as the same exact grade kept coming up, they began to suspect this wasn't mere coincidence. They considered it a shame that someone as mentally gifted as her had already decided what she wanted from life - to do absolutely nothing and spend all day slacking off and playing games. Anything at all except for working or academics. Eventually, though, she would find herself working in the Divination Commission where she'd try to apply the same mentality as her school years. Unfortunately, the Divination Commission - which is in charge of information collecting and gathering in the Xianzhou Loufu - was a terribly place for a slacker to work. Over time. Constant stream of work. A boss that seemed to always be able to find her when she was slacking off. Absolute torture. She was able to use the hellish workscape to refine her slacking off techinques and find better ways of getting off work. And it was working for the divination commission where she coincidentally rediscovered an ancient game played in the Xianzhou - Celestial Jade. Soon it became her favorite past time, and it also would soon become the new favorite past time of many in the Loufu. Of course leisurely days aren't something to always stay. As of late the Xianzhou Loufu has run into a myriad of problems - though most Qingque likes to keep herself away from. The whole issue with the Mara Struck and Phantyllia attempting to cause mass chaos and get the Loufu to turn on itself with the Sanctus Medicus. The Heliobus Cirrus escaping containment and causing incidents only solved once again with the help of the Astral Express and the Judges, and of course, the Borisin plot to free Hoolay. But for now at least, things have returned to her leisurely life of games and hiding from a certain Belobog sized heater Master Diviner.
Universe of Origin: Honkai Star Rail
Equipment: -Can summon a table for playing Celestial Jade -Seemingly infinite number of Celestial Jade Tiles.
Abilities: Qingque is not a fighter. She has never wanted to fight, she has never had any desire to do anything except spend her days playing games, slacking off, and doing anything except things that are physically or mentally taxing. She just wants to spend her days having fun. Its perhaps, karmic justice then that she keeps getting dragged into things that are mildly dangerous. That whole incident with the Stellaron, Phantyllia, and the Mara-struck. The Heliobus possession incident. When Hoolay broke out of prison. Granted, she manages to get by in such situations with quick thinking, and a bit of clever wordplay. That said, all of her combat abilities feature around the use of her Celestial Jade board that she had a hand in making herself. It looks fairly simple, but its a pretty high tech bit of Xianzhou Loufu tech. It can create and store tiles via temporary quantum entanglements that would take far too long to explain in great detail. It also acts as a sort of small-scale microcosm of her immediate surroundings via complex computing and divination algorithms. Enemies and allies all show up on her board in certain positions. The simplest form of her combat abilities is to take odd tiles that don't match the full suit and actually just lob them at enemies. With a bit of quick calculations and some quick divination practices shes both scarily accurate with her jade tiles and knows where to throw them to make 'em hurt pretty badly - to say nothing of the small localized quantum explosion upon impact. This is amplified by the simple fact that the more tiles are output and drawn in a short period of time the larger the resulting explosion will be. The goal, of course, is to draw a hand of a full suit of 4 matching tiles. If she can get a full hand of four of any suit - a Kong - the power of said quantum explosion intensifies by magnitudes, and once thrown they create a bigger explosion. And rarely, if her luck is extremely good and she manages to get 4 of the same with a Concealed Kong...well, its not just a small explosion. By slamming the resulting tile down on the board on roughly the position of the enemies, it generates an even larger explosion - one that doesn't just result in a simple small scale explosion. No, by slamming the resulting jade tile onto the board in roughly the same position where her enemies are, the explosion will actually happen where said enemies are in actual space/time.
Other: As the re-discoverer of Celestial jade, Qingque more or less also designed the boards and everything dealing with how it should be played in modern times. The board, designed from a modified divination device is able to effect certain things in a small local quantum space around it hence its surprising effectiveness in combat.
