Soruha Harehk
[@SilverPaw][@Eisenhorn][@VitaVitaAR] Soruha, seeming oblivious to Rylia's building anger before she presented her card, couldn't help but be smug over how great it was working out for her. The paladin soon introduced herself, with the nem pocketing the card and resume her super cool, mysterious projecting. It didn't occur to her that squatting on the chair, arms folded atop her knees wasn't helping with that image particularly well, but at least she wasn't there for long. With the little giant registering their little party for the job, they would soon move out. Soruha didn't particularly have much to do before setting out, but a chance to get out of the packed building was most welcome. Everyone seemed to have something to do before they set off anyway, and without any extra equipment to grab from storage, Soruha decided she might as well wander the markets for a bit. Bidding the others a silent farewell with a raised hand, the nem set off to kill time, as she sometimes did. These little excursions were usually fruitless - well, not entirely true, there was always something neat to admire and rarely afford, but her main reason for window-shopping all these stalls and shops was mostly an effort to magically stumbled upon a method or clue to removing this stupid ring on her finger. It figures that even a place as populous as this had yet to yield such a method, but on the plus side, her presence had become so well-known that a few of the shopkeepers were on quite friendly terms with her. The discounts that came with such rapport helped a fair amount, she was hardly rolling in cash yet. It was a bit of a shame that the merchants she got along with didn't have any dealings with relics at all, but hey, a free sweet on occasion was always nice, and was worth enduring the headpatting from the nice baker lady who seemed to consider her far more childlike than the nems' appearance suggested. A side effect of being seen so rarely in this part of the world, perhaps. ----------- With a bonus loaf of bread tucked within her cloak, Soruha now travelled with the others to this fort where the goblins apparently hid. With the sun setting, things looked... not too troublesome for Soruha herself, her eyes much preferred the veil of dark after all. Too bad the rest of her party weren't as gifted with sight, so they would need to illuminate the area and effectively advertise their presence. ...Of course, she didn't expect mere goblins to be able to challenge them anyway, but that was one less chance to be a mysterious entity of the shadows... Nodding at Eustace's words, Soruha then tilted her head slightly when he rummaged around in his bag, and then produced an instrument and presented it to her. Surprised, she reached out and took hold of the flute. A signal...? Come to think of it, that should work, right? She'd yet to fall into a situation severe enough that she had to somehow call for help, but this was a simple solution to a hypothetical that the nem had put off thinking about. Raising it to her lips, she almost gave it a test blow before stopping; doing it now may just alert any nearby goblins a little earlier than desired. Instead, Soruha stored it away inside her cloak and grinned at Eustace, "thanks, I'll use it if I really need it. Don't count on it, though." Her silent answer was accompanied with a thumbs-up. Their formation seemed set too; Soruha was suited for flanking opponents, so there was no objection there. Perhaps her agility would let her rack up the most kills as well? It'd be a nice endorsement if she could outperform the hundi adventurer at least, her mounting excitement only growing more obvious beneath the dark hood. A confident smirk on the nem's face as she awaited the signal to head out to that sorry state of a fort.
