Interesting. Nancy didn't have any immediate plans for shenanigans or mischief, but hearing that their government babysitter would be gone for almost twelve hours a night presented a number of opportunities. A 9 PM curfew was brutal. But without enforcement... what was to stop Nancy from doing some nighttime exploration if she so desired? She could handle herself when it came to animals. And like most teenagers, she'd never considered the possibility of her own death too deeply. It was just a shame that it was a new moon - a moonlit hike sounded amazing. And as much as she was superstitious, hearing Dobbs recant his story about horrible deaths... It was hard to really take it seriously. It seemed more like the sort of story you'd tell to freak out kids and get them to stay in bed, not anything real with any merit to it. She'd seen slasher flicks with more compelling plots. "How'd they die, then?" Nancy asked. "Burned alive? Stabbed? Drowned? And who? Was it some drunk who wandered off the trail at night or counselors or what?" Demi seemed to be on a similar wavelength to her. She couldn't help but laugh at his question, as to whether the grizzled remains of the previous inhabitants were still in the cabins. The fancy car boy didn't seem particularly worried about this - just remarking they'd need to get the blood out and it wouldn't be too hard. She cocked an eyebrow at that comment. "Do you do that often, then? Clean up blood? Driving a car like that?"
