She loved this kind of stuff, and loved going for hikes when she could. Marco was more city savvy, and could probably walk more on the sidewalks for longer. The rough trail was throwing him off, and his hiking boots were new and not quite broken in yet. So, he was silently suffering, and that was probably going to set the tone for a lot of this summer. He looked over at Aster as he explained what had happened and shook his head a bit. Sometimes he had to wonder if it was the money that made him that way, or if it was just the way Aster was born. They were friends, yes, but sometimes the things that came out of his mouth really made Marco want to correct him. However, he brushed that aside when he heard Dobbs talk about the history of the camp, and the murders. "Wait wait. So this place has failed multiple times and yet someone still has the bright idea of trying to make a camp of it again? And they decided to make a pet project of it too? Somehow I doubt a vengeful spirit had anything to do with it. My guess is the location. The fact that it is in the middle of nowhere, there's nothing nearby to help keep this place alive. That's why it fails. You need like shops and a good supply chain." Marco sighed as Em moved back close to him. He tugged her in close and wrapped an arm around her. "So we sneaking out to the lake later then?" He whispered to her, and chuckled softly as they walked the path together. He really did silently hope they didn't have to clean up blood and gore, because if they did, he was going to take the prison time before he got any of that under his nails.
