A fusion of Absolute Monarchy and Oligarchy, the High Sovereign is the supreme authority within the Dominion, below him/her is the Inner Circle, the ruling council made up of the System Governors, high ranking Military Officers and members of the more influential families within the dominion. The Dominion also maintains a senate of elected planetary representative, although, Senate has little power in some manners, more to keep the people pleased with the facade of democracy.

Guarded by a small fleet and Guardian Stations, the city itself is built upon a massive station, which in itself is a another part of the city, the lower levels, where it houses the power generator keeping up a massive barrier shield, protecting the upper level citizens from being sucked out of vacuum.
