Your only options are to manually resize it or trying to break the system with [code][color=#2e2c2c][/color][/code] with tables. That color code is the color of the reply background, so by making junk lines (use whatever key it doesn't matter) you could possibly force the image to resize. It is a very code dependent hack, though. Tables and the guild's BBCode are extremely finnicky, so I'd personally just try manually or by using a program/site to resize the image first.
