Another Carol post up before my x-men post? I suppose I have fallen into the trap of narrative momentum.

As previously mentioned I did have to use the US President for this part of Carol's plot, but I have also tried to keep things vague and in line with limited details already mentioned.

Also any Americans feel free to review my application of Presidential cadence as a Britbong.

Also, fascinating choice to not only have Hank Pym go full throttle into being an abuser, but to also have him be a war profiteer instead of a pacifist and already be Yellowjacket instead of Antman. Was he ever Antman, or is there a chance he'll have a reverse growth arc from his usual? Kinda surprised you didn't have him have Ultron as his weapon instead of Yellowjacket. I can see that Yellowjacket is the closer counterpart to Iron Man, but Ultron is a prime example of a weapon that only needs to fire once going badly off the rails.

I definitely think the research started there, but I flesh things out as I write, so I don't have all the answers at the moment. This is definitely a more villainous take on Pym at this point, but perhaps he'll have a redeeming arc later.

As for Ultron, that's an Avengers-level threat. So maybe, that can wait until there's actually a superhero team around.
