[@Ezekiel] Would it work better if i said that he essentially wants to turn the Accurser Corps into a new Lantern Corp specifically dedicated to the Justice of the Kree Empire, but he is alone in this endeavour as the rest of the Accusers don't want to kick the Lantern hornet-nest. I just want an excuse for him to come by himself, rather than the entire armada showing up around Earth, because that would definitely cause problems for everyone.

So, not Exiled, just the entire rest of the Accuser Corp just like "Ok, you wanna do that, it's on your head. You go, buddy."
