Richtofen Von Ludwig Gender Male Age 52 Appearance A modestly built pale skin man that stands at an even seven foot. His hair is close cropped and loosely styled, his face accented by a small pair of glasses that do little to hide his steely eyes. As opposed to the standard jumpsuits that are common amongst crew, he wears a rather antiquated suit and tie, covered with a pure white lab coat that is generally buttoned shut. Personality Richtofen is, in few words, eccentric. Equal parts as likely to break a law to heal you as he is to break laws in some experiment. Prone to bouts of insanity and arrogance that leaves most wondering if he is truly mad, or just enjoying the schadenfreude of seeing others think doom is near. In contrast, he is a rather quiet person most of the time and a person most would enjoy talking to. Role He is the Chief Medical Officer. The man who will keep the crew healthy and together…physically. He is not responsible if you go insane or get atomized. Skills

Medical Diagnostics - A skill expected for many medical professionals, but sorely lacking in most. Richtofen would like to believe he has this down to an art form. As in, messy and prone to mistakes, but still unerringly accurate. After maybe a test or two more than needed, but that's just to be sure. In no way does he enjoy it.
Triage - To be able to preserve someone until they can receive proper medical care. Something any Medic can do, but few doctors can. The art of being able to keep a man missing all their limps and with 40% of their body covered in burns alive with two sticks and a rock until they can get into a Hospital.
Surgeon - Rather simple all things considered. He can do surgery by hand, not even needing all that fancy equipment. Just a good old scalpel and headlamp.
Experimenter- A skill no doctor should have, but unfortunately for his patients one Richtofen has. He is rather fond and skilled at doing…barely legal experiments that just so happen to turn out well. Unbeknownst to them, he does not really do such things on them so much as threaten it. But, he had to get those skills from somewhere.
Prostatic Mechanic- The One skill Richtofen genuinely did not like having to learn in order to get his first medical degree. His craft is rudimentary, but his patients will never have an issue with such things like improper nerve connections or any other sort of interface issues. Just don't ask him to make it sleek and modern.
Ornithologist- Has the unerring knowledge of birds. Not just earth birds, or the ones on one or two planets, but seemingly all of them.
Personal Belongings

A plethora of Suits and other unregulated clothing
Far too many medical texts
Far to many Medical Degrees
A record player and its complement of records
Several pieces of unregistered and modified medical equipment
A warrant for his arrest
Background There are few in the Medical Communities of earth who do not recognize the name of Richtofen Von Ludwig and curse his name. He broke records in how early he got a medical degree, then broke another in how many he got. On paper, he was the doctor many would aspire to. A man who got accolade after accolade, and then threw it all away. In his thirties he left his Prestigious position and took a job in a small teaching hospital. From there he managed to not only cure and assist hundreds, he managed to double the amount of medical laws that needed to be made and enforced. He was disgraced, lost his license several times, and kept going. Leaving grateful patients, angered colleagues, and baffled police. Now he has snuck his way into the Pathfinder program. In equal parts to test his skills and expand them in the wider universe. And, maybe dissect an alien or two.

Okay so after reading the CS, I have to say... denied. I do not think this kind of character would work with the rp and so I have to say no to this one.
I see someone's already aiming for the chief medical officer, but I guess there's no objection to extra medical staff.
Anna Kayleigh Rauss Gender Female Age 33 Appearance Anna stands at an unimpressed six-foot-two — not imposing by intention, just by the simple fact that she keeps forgetting to slouch. Her build is long, lean, and efficient, the kind you get from years of standing over operating tables instead of gym memberships. Her black hair is usually yanked into a ponytail that says, “I gave up trying today.” Same story with her eyes: equally black, equally done with everyone's nonsense. Makeup is minimal, applied more out of habit than vanity — a swipe here, a bit of color there, just enough to look awake in dim medbay lighting (even if she isn’t). Uniform regs are technically followed, but only in the sense that she doesn’t openly break them. When she can get away with it, she swaps into a button-up shirt and jeans because “if Command wants fashion, they can stitch it themselves.” Square-rimmed reading glasses perch on her nose whenever she’s writing notes or recalibrating a prosthetic, lending her an air of reluctant academic professionalism she does not appreciate being teased about. Personality “If ye’re here complainin’ bout some papercut, put a bandaid on and fock off.” Anna is not the warm glow of bedside manner — she is the cold fluorescent light above it. She’s blunt, dry, and very selective about what she considers worth her time. Pretence annoys her. Whining annoys her. People who insist on narrating their symptoms in excruciating detail? Deeply annoying. She’s not cruel — just practical. Pain is part of the equation; she’ll fix you, but she won’t coddle you. Her compassion shows in sutures that are neat, prosthetics that are meticulously calibrated, and painkillers dispensed before you’ve even managed to finish complaining. In short, not the most nurturing presence in the medbay. And why should she? “Ain’t makin’ it hurt less, hun.”, probably. Underneath the exhaustion and deadpan remarks, she genuinely cares — she just expresses it through competence rather than comfort. If Anna is nice to you, even once, congratulations: you’re either dying or she secretly likes you. Role Medical Staff, prostheticist Skills Prosthetic engineering - Sure! She doesn’t build the damn things from scratch, but she won’t take some techie’s “Latest model” mumbo-jumbo at face value either. Better know exactly what you’re (re-)attaching, right? Surgeon - A robotic arm may be accurate on the 0.01 mm, but she trusts her own steady hands more. Although happily relies on AI tech to calculate dosages or handle menial tasks (Because if she has to wrap one more bandage, so help her God). Rudimentary Mechanical Knowledge - Because those motor joints sure are an arse to recalibrate and she guesses you don’t learn *that* without also being taught how to rewire the communications systems to prevent someone intercepting. Still, means maintenance has one fewer crew member nagging them for basic shit, right? Personal Belongings/Equipment Standard medical equipment, a plushie bunny (kept reasonably out of sight) she’s called Senior Lucius for no better reason than “It’s what my youngest brother named it.”, some generic family photo and an empty packet of smokes because she liked the label art. Background Anna is from a family of dimwits, burly muscles and shouting orders into a comms mic. So it’s not surprising that she’s disciplined, maintained and orderly - probably has to be when you’re dealing with a family of four brothers and a militant father, grandfather and great-great grandfather. Not that it amounted to much beyond a medical degree and several signed documents that agree she’s some medical revolutionary. Not really, of course, otherwise she’d be sitting comfortably sipping champagne and not serving an explorer’s vessel sipping cheap wine and talking to crew too dumb to tie their own shoelaces. Not their fault, obviously, and Anna is glad for the opportunity to discover the stars aboard the Arcadian. Misc T.b.d.

This character however, I will accept and you can have your character be the Chief Medical Officer if you wish.
Which after this I will start working on my CS, and then the IC now we have a good amount of people in. For those still working on their CS. Do not rush yourself, and the rp will remain open unless we get all of the roles filled.
