Eld magic can be used by anyone who's taught how to use it. That magic just falls under the category of Whimsy, and Whimsy are hunted and down by the Mage Knights. SO to answer the question: Anyone can use Eld Magic, half-elf, half-dwarf, human, or dwarf since it's just a style of non-aura magic that was taught by the elves. But the catch is, there's not too many people that have that information! If you want to work with me on something involving that [sup]away from the public eyes[/sup] my DMs are so open.
