I appreciate your efforts and consideration," "No problem at all." Miss Light said, noticing Palasha's scrutiny but deciding not to comment on it just yet. Miss Light listened then as Palasha spoke to the Kenku. Apparently the Kenku had not simply been causing trouble just for Palasha, but for the rest of the Witchlight Carnival as well. And the reason the Kenku was doing this was because they hadn't been hearing anything from their patron and had been turned away by someone when approached for answers. Likely Mister Witch and Mister Light, if Miss Light had to guess. 'If that is the case, this Kenku must be a warlock like my father then. Possibly one that has been jilted by their patron if the silence they've been met with is anything to go by.' Miss Light thought to herself. 'Trouble thyself not with things impertinent. Others are already set upon the way to unravelling this matter. Thou shalt keep thy mind fast fix’d upon the charge before thee.' Miss Light gave a slight nod to Arkerym's words as she returned her focus to why she had come here. She watched as Palasha delivered her verdict and sent the Kenku off in the company of some other hands, before turning back to Miss Light and Morgran. "Thank you. Thank you very much!" She thanked the two of them. "Oh you really needn't lay the gratitude on so thickly. It was barely and inconvenience." Miss Light said modestly, still not entirely used to receiving genuine gratitude. "Now that this business has been settled though, could I convince you to return to the lake and finish your song?"
