Power: can create vacuum which materializes in the form of space being erased and nearby things getting forcefully sucked into it (either dissapearing or collapsng in itself)
Bio: Federico is an european boy who had tried, for as long as he remember, to keep his powers secret throughout all his life so he could enjoy his time peacefully with his friends and family back where he lives. Unluckily enough, he couldn't fool the goverment for a long time and he ended being forced to move to the Sky High school, at which he arrived just some days ago. Although he misses his home and family (but not as much as the food), on the other hand he sees this as a new experience and is eager to meet other students there.
