[@Rekkuza] I would say metals and ores count as one, thing that you dont need to pay twice for. We can say that gold will be precious so it deserves to be counted separately, however the other materials can be bunched up into 1 con cost. Crystals and gems still are separate, so 1 con for those too.

However, you do know that these are mundane materials in the end. Technically you didnt have to create them, they would be spawned in next week after the Foundation Phase ended. You can instead maybe create some magical ores and metals with the conviction you spent on these. Regardless, good post.
