Being a gnome was embarrassing enough on its own, the thought of other bugbears knowing what he had been reduced to did not appeal to him in the slightest. Maybe he had some Feywild boon like the one Brutrumukk got from the Will o' Wells... Or maybe... Just maybe... Maybe he had a way to restore Brutrumukk to the bugbear he once was.
