[@Cmmelody] No, she had her people turn off the monitors, her excuse is that they were preparing to install their own sensors for their exercise.
I was wondering if we were spacing someone for sabotage this soon. :p
btw I'm surprise this ship run on Hydrogen Fusion though, water is one of the most valuable resource on the ship after all. I thought it'd run on pure electricity or something.
The thing about ice in space is that, as far as observations of Sol are concerned, it's kinda all over the place. Enceladus, Europa, Pluto and Ceres are covered with the stuff, three of those are suspected of having liquid water below the surface, ice (not always water ice though, also stuff like methane or ammonia, so that's another possible nitrogen source) is a big part of the Kuiper Belt and Saturn's rings... Plus hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe. Point at a gas giant and there's probably a load of hydrogen there, which I'm assuming Arcadian is equipped to extract since it's meant to operate on its own for long periods of time. The problem with hydrogen is storing it. You need to cool it to like -253°C to make it liquid (refrigeration + compression) because that takes up less space than gas, in the right ratio with oxygen it's an explosive mixture and it diffuses through other materials (the molecules are small enough to leak through whatever you made the tank out of, possibly weakening the material in the process) unless you store it chemically in some other material, where you run into problems with how much bang for your buck you're getting.
