Idm going first with Vicis! just need to figure out a natural way for him to bring up his troubles. question though, so far we've seen 2 examples of how a catharsis can be carried out - in the main Catharsis 'area' itself (like with Charlie) and in the character's personal Catharsis mental headspace. which is the ideal route to go? is it dependent on how complicated the char's problems are, e.g. being able to solve it thru talking things out or having to cycle thru past memories/exps like mr. westbound here?
Just to clarify, what happened in Charlie's Catharsis was also in her own personal Catharsis mental headspace (not in what you described as "main area"). The Keeper made is so that others can experience other people's personal space in "Lost in Translation". (I am also thinking that, if the person allows it, they can invite people over to their own mental space; or it can bleed over to other people's mental space if they empathize enough)
p much agree w silver and Auragreedia's points! tho if you're asking what I clocked from westbound's issues it was mainly the fact that he could never seem to figure out how to connect w anyone and vice versa, and it just snowballed into resignation. can sorta relate lol ppl and social cues are a mystery to me sometimes
Okie! Thanks for the feedback! It helps me as a writer to see how much or little I can write to get the point across without being on the nose or confusing 😅
