He is Nikolai's friend and the person that introduced him to street racing and street fighting. The two met 3 days after Nikolai arrived in Miami. Wesley was looking for someone to work with him at his car shop and Nikolai offered to fill that spot. In time they became very good friends. He has no idea what brought Nikolai to this city and why.
