Currently, five people are interested, though I seemingly received PMs from only one, so I'm not sure where everyone else stands. For now, I'd say if you want to make a character sheet, you can visit the OOC. I can't promise it'll be accepted, but right now, I'm on a first-come-first-serve basis.
