[@Ikan] It's looking pretty solid, only one thing and that's the Authority. It's not a utility ability, it's the manifestation of your wish, it has virtually no downsides when used, and achieves your wish quickly and easily, with one important detail and that's that it only affects other people. In this case your Authority would be something that makes other people view Hibiya as a person of worth.

It's up to you how that will work, but I guess some ideas, could make it people will immediately believe Hibiya if he says he did something, or when the Authority is activated, no matter what he does, it will have a positive effect.
