Grima
Level 5 (holding 1 level up) 10/50 EXP Location: Esaka - Opera House Wordcount: 591 (+1 EXP) The Opera House that Grima found herself in, following the directions and plans she overheard from the Wine Cup Hold’s meeting. She had arrived shortly after her match against Heart, sticking to the shadows as she observed this ‘Lucky Chloe’s’ entourage prepare. The sight of all the garish and loud posters and decor filled Grima with disgust. Mortals lived with too much noise, and it was always the loudest that were the most aggravating to know existed. But, somehow, this Chloe had connections, and her fall would be critical to disrupting the balance in Esaka. And that alone was enough to put her revulsion to the side… For now. Nearby, she could see the Seekers, or at least a small section of them, speaking to a large man, a small smile forming on her lips before she pushed herself off the shadows she was hiding in, stepping into the light with purposeful steps. One of the security robots, standing in a group of three, looked over at her as she approached, visibly making a sighing motion before turning to her, “Excuse me ma’am, this is-” “This is where Miss Chloe is performing, right? Oh, I’ve been so excited I can hardly contain myself~” Grima interrupts, the dark, gloomy figure that she normally is being exchanged for an overly enthused fan. It was a performance, one that Grima loathed, but it was a flawless one that, even with her attire, was enough to throw the robots before her off. In fact, the suddenness of her exclamation caused the robot and their partners to pause, looking at each other before giving a hesitant nod, “Ah, fantastic! I don’t get into the city much, but I’ve seen some of Miss Chloe’s performances in passing and I just had to come by to give my full support to her newest one!” The lead robot raises a hand, scratching the back of their head in momentary confusion, “Uh… Yeah, Lucky Chloe’s always happy to have the support of her fans, miss..?” they began, only to be interrupted by another robot who took a step forward, whilst the third narrowed their eyes as if trying to read Grima, “Yep! If you’re here to see her performance, we’re just getting set up. D’you have a ticket for the show already?” At that, Grima feigned a sheepish expression, rubbing the back of her head, “Ah, a ticket… I’m afraid in my haste, I may have forgotten, I apologize for the trouble” she states, causing the front robot to sigh once again, “Sorry then, we can’t let you in without a ticket” he comments… Only for the second robot to turn to the first, “Actually chief, I say we do. Chloe’s always talking about giving back to the fans, and she seems like a good addition to the crowds” “We shouldn’t be giving free passes to folks that just come by-” “Chief, trust me, I think it’s fine. I mean look at her, I’m sure the boss herself would tell us to let her through with that much energy!” the second robot comments, earning a groan of annoyance from the lead, “Fine, you’re free to go in. Just don’t cause problems, and don’t try to get backstage, okay?” “I understand perfectly! Thank you so much~” Grima comments, giving a deep bow before walking past the trio into the opera house, the joy on her face quickly vanishing after passing them. The first step of getting in was done, now she just had to figure out where this ‘Lucky Chloe’ was.
