◈Clothing Style: Layers mostly. He wears flannels, henleys, hoodies, faded tees, and heavy, straight-cut denim jeans (usual dark or faded) worn loose and broken in by use. Most importantly is is biker cut (think a classic, black leather vest with the MC's patches displayed proudly). ◈Body Markings: Boone has a Black Dog MC tattoo on his inner right forearm as well a few other tattoos, including a quote that reminds him of his mother. He has multiple scars standing as evidence of a hard life, including one under the right side of his bottom lip where he wore a lip ring during his teens. None of the visible scars are prominent enough to disfigure his appearance. However, there are scars that run down both wrists that are remnants from the hardest night of his life. Personality:
He’s impulsive and reactive, often acting before thinking, but that recklessness comes from a deep-rooted need to protect himself and the people he cares about. Tyler feels things intensely and doesn’t always know how to sit with those emotions. He’s quick to distrust authority and outsiders, having learned early that parents, institutions, and promises wouldn't keep him safe. At the same time, he’s deeply loyal and surprisingly tender with the few people he lets close. He has a strong personal code, even if he can’t always articulate it, and he struggles when his instincts conflict with his conscience. Tyler is kind by nature but a bit broken from the "nurture". He’s a survivor who reacts first and reflects later, carrying guilt, confusion, and a desire to belong that he rarely admits out loud. There is a certain kind of sadness that he carries with him in a way that causes his smiles... even the genuine ones... to never quite reach his eyes.
History:

Tyler Boone Jr. grew up in a house that looked solid from the outside. His father was the Sherriff, they had a respectable reputation, and his angel of a mother smiled in public and kept things calm where people could see. Behind closed doors though, it was something else entirely. Tyler learned early how to read moods, how to stay out of the way, and how to endure without asking questions. The town saw a family that was fine, and no one looked closer. Because no one cared enough to. The winter his mother died was one of the harshest Pines Holler had seen in decades. Ice locked the roads and the entire town’s power went out. Outside help took forever to come, and despite local authorities doing their best… They were overwhelmed. His mother got sick during that stretch, and she died before help could find them. Whether it could have been prevented is something Tyler has never fully answered for himself. By the time it was over, she was gone, and the house felt emptier than it ever had. His father leaned harder into the badge after that. Order…Control…Discipline. That’s what the man demanded, and was willing to go to lengths unimaginable to get those results. His father’s grief never softened the man, instead it turned his anger inward and then outward toward Tyler even more. What Tyler remembers most from that winter other than his mother’s cold, sick body dying in his arms, wasn’t the sheriff’s department or the official response. It’s the Black Dogs. He saw them running generators, hauling supplies for people, clearing roads, keeping folks warm, fed, and accounted for when no one else could reach them. They didn’t ask permission, wait for clearance, or give a shit about payment. They showed up, stayed late, and did what needed to be done to make sure the community survived, even when it meant getting their hands dirty. It wasn’t all heroic, but it was practical, necessary, and more importantly… It worked. And that stayed with him. By the time Tyler was a teenager, the weight of surviving in that house, the town’s willful blindness, and the quiet expectation to endure had worn him thin. His suicide attempt came from the exhaustion of it all. From feeling trapped inside something that would never change. Unfortunately, surviving the attempt didn’t bring him any real clarity or relief. It just left him standing on the other side, unsure of what to do with himself. The Black Dogs didn’t try to save him or fix him, but they did give him a job in their shop where he learned the trade of a mechanic. They gave him space, and a place to be useful, which proved far more helpful than he could have imagined. With them, Tyler found something close to purpose… a reason to stay, to help keep things from falling apart the way they once had in his own house. It wasn’t long until he was offered a place as club prospect, and eventually patched in formally with the MC. He’s been a full-fledged member for about two years now. When he was younger, I think Tyler would have thought it sounded like a positive thing. But now, especially with the influence of the club, he understands the reality of how things operate more. He realizes that expansion always comes at a cost, and that really, it's just a way for the powers that be to line their pockets more and more. Growth like this is never simple, and often it's people like those in Shady Hills that get bled dry of every dollar they have. ◈(I will add more bullet-points later as we establish character relationships going into the story, and I will also flesh out his likes, dislikes, etc.) ◈His most prized possession is his old Harley Davidson Sportster 1200
[row] [cell] [/cell][cell] [/cell][/row]
