Voth has been in Prismeer for long enough to have heard about the Hourglass Coven and how they usurped rule from Zybilna, the original Archfey Ruler of this plane. Voth can reasonably guess that one of the Hags put the bounty out for this "Will of the Feywild"

However, considering he just arrived into Thither with the party, he has no idea who Will of the Feywild is.
