While you did remove the leadership stuff from his skills, you did not remove it from his personality section, so remove the natural leader part.

For the background. Split it up so it is not just one giant wall of text. 

One last thing I forgot to say, but it is not a negative thing. You need to say where in Japan your character is starting. More so to see how close or how far you are from Crusader Lord's character. So just say where he lands in Japan if you stay there.
