In his prime, Matsuda led a faction known as [i]Bushido[/i], meaning "way of the warrior", and eventually opened a wrestling school called the Bushido Dojo. Retired from full-time competition a few years ago, and went on to become the founder and president of Fighting Spirit Pro-Wrestling, an organization based around the same Bushido code of honor. Mainly works in the front office, but will step back into the ring for special occasions. Has the same mentality as an executive that he did as a wrestler - tough, but fair.
