I wouldn't say it's fun, per say, but it's significantly more relaxed. I've gone from cooking wagyu and roasting whole pigs to making mash potatoes and beef tips. We take a consensus from the community every month and they tell us what they want so occasionally we do. It's so much more corporatized so we have a lot less control over the food. The lack of salt really gets to me but hey, it's nice to know my food and effort is helping. They've said they've gotten more enthusiastic about the food as I've worked there, and I can tell the difference in the meals. Sorry, this is totally off topic haha.
