Full name: Naomi "Moose" Fairmoore Gender: Female Age: 47. Role: Scribe - Retired Hunter Appearance: Naomi is tall and broad, standing about 5'11". She has bright orange hair with a white quaff in the middle of her fringe, she wears it back in braids that loop together at the back of her head. Deep, soft blue eyes seem almost out of place in her sterner looking face. She often wears the 'older' Hunter's Garb; Worn leather boots, thicker pant's pined with many pockets, a dull grey chest plate that's lined with what looks to be orange fur. She carries a large side bag that sits on her hips well; long worn to her shape with her multiple years of service to the church. She's missing her right leg from the knee down, wears a dull grey prosthetic and often doesn't bring it up unless asked about it. Personality: Naomi is hard-headed, serious and eerily calm. She's stoic when she needs to be, but underneath the hard exterior, she cares for her students and the younger ones in the church. She's been fighting for so many years that the horrors barely even bother her anymore; she's a little worn down to the Churches whole mantra and is unsure if they're even fighting for the right cause anymore - But she'll never say it out loud. Naomi is rather motherly when paired up with a younger of the church, and she has patience in spades. She'll let you learn from your actions, but will save you if something was going to go too wrong. History: Naomi is one that the Church holds in high regards, she's been fighting for them since her early teens; easily stepping up the ranks. She was their head fighter up until 5 years ago, when a mission ended in an almost fatal accident between her and an 'Anomaly'; which ended in her losing her right leg and causing her to step down as a Hunter. Since then, she's been training to be a Scribe - Able to still go into the field and help other Hunters, but less so that she can get in the fray of fighting. Naomi's 'Moose' Nickname comes from the fact that she's fiercely territorial over her students, She's often unwilling to back down if someone else is in trouble - even if it caused her to lose a leg in the past. The nickname stuck from her 20's, and she doesn't speak too much about what really caused it to stick, but she seems to enjoy it, as she has a Moose Motif on most of her things.

Full Name: Unknown in Common Language, Known as 'Mother-Beast' by Cultists. Gender: No true gender, uses she/they pronouns. Age: Beyond the Chaos - Presumably. This current reincarnation of Protector has been around since the late 1600's. Looks around 30 something when in proper 'Human' form. Appearance: Ichor has no real 'form'; they are madness, they are fluid. They take a shadowed form when summoned by cultists; standing easily at 9 feet tall, shadowy almost-fleshy tendrils stick to any surface around them. They have deep lava-orange/red eyes, horizontal pupils (In both forms) that seem to waver and flex when looked at. In their humanoid form, they stand around 7'11"; with a slight hunch in their body that stops them from standing at 8 feet. While more humanoid, it is obvious that they are from another world. Their form is a twisted mimicry of a human. Two pairs of arms, one smaller than the upper arms, often tucked into their chest to keep the premise of being 'normal'. They have more digitigrade legs, so their stance is a little unnatural than a humans. Ichor also has a pair of leathery wings that fold against their back without much of an issue, as well as twin tendril-styled tails that seem to always be moving; they are leathery to the touch, but they look like they're inky darkness. They sport a pair of almost ram-like horns on their head, which frame their face quite nicely (In their opinion). Their face seems rather human, until they open their maw, which opens much larger than a human's maw should be able to open - But they often try to not cause panic when they open their mouth when summoned/interacting with the mortal world. Personality: Ichor - at least this form of Ichor - is much different to the ones in the past. They see the world less as a being of Chaos, and more with an air of curiousity. Where the cultists believe to be a Mindless beast, hellbent on mutating and spreading the madness and darkness of their powers; Ichor is quiet, thinking, calculating. They've taken a distaste to being offered Human sacrifices, and being more methodical when it comes to giving out the boon of their powers. The world is changing, after all; And they have taken a notice of the church - How they've started to use the Essence in a more healing way - Does that mean they'd be able to potentially get along? History: Where there is the Essence, there has also always been an 'Ichor' - Although, this version is the only one who has given themselves a name. The Essence needs a protector, someone to offer it's boons to the mortal coil in a way to continue the balance of chaos and order. This Ichor is much calmer than others; they have snippets of old memories of other versions - Only memories that are important to the essence is passed down between protector; Memories of life long enemies, important events, etc. They kept up the facade of being a cruel beast for centuries; but they've grown bored of this, and wish for change - The Essence hasn't destroyed them for their thinking, so surely the Essences wishes for change too?
