I might toss my hat in. I have half an idea for a Planes mage who happens to also be a member of the royal family. Silver spoon, sheltered, quite comfortable with the status quo... for now. 

How much flexibility is there for the culture and government structure of your chosen continent? (Beyond the blurbs in the OP ofc)

Also, as a disclaimer, I do have a 9 month old baby so while I'm reasonably confident I can meet regular posting and length requirements, I can't promise I'll be around for 24/7 OOC chatting (unfortunately).
