The people have spoken. Went with the crowd favorite, since it was my favorite as well. Below is more or less the final sheet. Just need to add some polish to the Primary weapons. And figure out a suitable ID number for Sleeping Thunder. But otherwise it's ready for a final check. Also, unrelated but I have no idea how [Randomguy] did their wizardry with the BBcode even after spending a sold hour on trying to reverse engineering it. It was a fair bit of trial and error to get what I did, and I still don't fully understand how it is held together. But I think it looks cooler to have the Pic off to the side for the pilot so I stuck with it. A mind and eye for how it all works bordering on the unnatural. There is little she can't figure out when it comes to anything put in front of her given some time, and less she can't optimize given a bit more. Often times she knows the specs of other Framewerks better then their pilots do. And if that was it, there would be no chance she would be wasted as a simple Pilot. It's the other thing that people often learn about Aurora that keeps that from being true. It's that she is uncomfortably talented at unleashing hell onto the Cruxi. No matter the Frame she is given, she always seems to find a way to bring out the more destructive capabilities of it. Pushing systems into the red and leaving devastation in her wake. Her soft smile never slipping, but a dark satisfaction impossible to miss gleaming in her eyes. [b]Perks[/b]: [color=lightgray][i][Creative, Money, Networking][/i][/color] Outside of Framewerks Aurora's innovative understanding of the world shows itself again. When she is barred from the engineering bays she can be found, cooking, drawing, playing music. It is clear that she has a talent for the arts, and a willingness to share it with others. She also seems to have an endless amount of spending credits. Which she when she is not spending it on something for her Framewerk is happy to spread it around to help ease her fellow pilot's lives in small ways where she can. How she gets all this money isn't known, but is suspicious, seeing as a few people who have gone digging have been stopped by those higher on the chain of command. People that Aurora seems to know, or at least know how to get in contact with. Which might explain how she gets away with so blatantly modifying her Framewerk outside of regulations. Or how she will sometimes get her hands on R&D prototypes long before they should hit the field. [b]Personality[/b]: Aurora is very soft and kind, always friendly and open. Willing to talk to anyone about anything. Though she does also come off as a bit airy. Forgetting people's names, and sometimes repeating full conversations with people. Having forgotten ever having it in the first place. All of this hides a startling obsession with Framewerk, and the war against the Cruxi. Not that she ever broaches those topics herself. Similarly she doesn't come across as nearly half the grease monkey she actually is unless she is actively working on a Frame. But she is capable of talking about every advancement in Framewerk technology from the past century in detail. Nor would one assume that she's the one behind the lumbering mayhem that is Sleeping Thunder. It's storied history of destruction not hard to learn about if one goes looking. [b]Background[/b]: Aurora is a bit of an odd case to those a part of the Pilot program. The reason being is that she just kinda showed up one day. All of her paperwork was correct, and the systems all had her information in it. There just hadn't been any heads up she was going to arrive. And for the first month, there was some confusion about her designation as well. Seeing as she spent more time maintaining other Framewerks then she did in anything pilot related. She was friendly enough, very helpful, and clearly skilled with a wrench. So many thought there had to have been a mixup of some sort. At least until Sleeping Thunder had gotten delivered and she went out on her first mission. The burning crater she left removed any doubts about her status. Her acceptance into the Framewerk Project at Fortress Ship Solaire was similarly as sudden and quiet. But none who have seen what Aurora is capable of with Sleeping Thunder are much surprised she got selected for it. [b]Missing People[/b]: Aurora comes from a Planet known as Van Throne Prime. The problem is that there is no public record of Van Thorne Prime. When pressed Aurora gave the coordinates of this planet. It is supposedly located in what is now occupied Cruxi territory. And would have been one of the first planets lost if she's telling the truth. Aurora has since refused to elaborate further on the subject. [b]Additional information[/b]: - Not terribly good at remembering pilots names, often more likely to remember them by which Framewerk they pilot. - She can often be found talking to various Framewerks. - She brought Sleeping Thunder with her into the program. Having rebuilt it herself. [Place for ID Number] [*][b]Weight Class[/b]: Super Heavy. - Sleeping Thunder is pushing against the bounds of viable Weight and Hight tolerances for Framewerks, and even within it's weigh class it's speed is notably sluggish. And while it's armor is still comparable to Very Heavy Frames that that have been manufactured due to it's nonstandard construction. It's the sheer devastation that Sleeping Thunder is capable of that always catches attention. As it carries the biggest and meanest loadouts possible, and then somehow fits even more. Ensuring that it is never outgunned. [*][b]Framewerk Type[/b]: Backliner [color=lightgray][i][Weapon damage][/i][/color] - Sleeping Thunder is a walking weapons platform. Clearly built and optimized for one purpose, raining down hellfire from horizon to horizon. [*][b]Primary Weapon Systems[/b]: It is clear from even cursory inspections that Sleeping Thunder has been modified to be beyond the safety limits. Because it has enough of an arsenal to arm three separate Frames by itself. Gatling Gun, Arklight Thunder, Railgun, Particle Cannon, Artillery Mortars, Missile Launchers. [*][b]Secondary Systems[/b]: - Sleeping Thunder has a nonstandard construction for a Frame. Opting for a six legged walker, rather then a more humanoid profile. One reason for this was clearly so that there was more space for armament's but also to make sure that there is no such things as an unstable firing position for Sleeping Thunder. Internally it has a bevy of additional sensors and processing power dedicated to a cutting edge targeting system. Letting Sleeping Thunder always have a bead on what ever it wants to fire on. And making sure that it's big guns never tire. [sub][b]Spider Legs, Automated Targeting System.[/b][/sub] [/List][/hider]
