As an idea, I'm going to suggest that for the apartment building, the lower floors are divided into male and female floors. There was no plan initially for prisoner quarters, but there's a couple of small padded rooms should someone go crazy. Yev got assigned to one of these rooms. This room has no inside door controls, and can only be opened by Holiday. Probably why King George doesn't use his room. There's a services wall with a large display that connects to the apartment's entertainment system, library, and grants access to various dome systems. There's also a push-button water dispenser in the far corner that provides hot and cold water that empties into a floor drain right under it. She has a futon bed that transforms into a couch. There's no drawers, but there are some built-in shelves. this is only a suggestion. If you've seen the first episode of Psycho Pass, there's a scene in the beginning where this girl has a very nice apartment - but when she leaves, the hologram projector turns off and all the furniture looks like it came from Ikea. Maybe some programmable wallpaper in the other apartments?
