On my end, I can’t imagine the Concern or Holiday caring about the living arrangements enough to split anyone into segregated housing. A few padded rooms in a medical office would make a lot of sense, but for all Holiday cares you could all share a single suite of rooms. Holiday may sass people for taking manager rooms above their pay grade, but the Concern itself would be so hands off after three years that if someone could deal with the occasional Holiday reminder then they could totally just take any room they felt like taking.
