[@themaybreeze] You may absolutely co-opt one of those stories if it's similar to what you would have wanted to play. Any that don't get commandeered i will be running as a kind of sidequest-cum-environmental-storytelling: principally serving to make the setting feel like it's still turning and evolving even when players aren't out there making choices; but also allowing you to know other people in the city by name, call on them for favors, develop a network of individuals your character trusts. And obviously too, developments in their plots can intersect with and complicate yours.
