Isaac Dispositions: -Mihail Chivu - Positive: Isaac understands the outrage in front of the earth ecological disaster, it is only natural. But it is also natural to move on to more realistic expectations from life as you grow older. With Mihail being 30 now, Isaac is getting both impatient and anxious, feeling that the young man will either settle down in his work or do something stupid soon. -Xi Yingxue - Very Positive: The apple of his eye, it may be hubris but he can't help but see a lot of himself in the young prodigy and gives her a lot more leeway than he does anyone else, which means tolerating minor mistakes as temporary lapses of judgement or gaps in her knowledge he is happy to educate. She is a hard worker after all, not just lazy like all the others. Isaac is doing his best to groom her to take his place should he finally get out of this purgatory but for all his affection, he still doesn't get her, taking her antisocial character at face value and just something she personally prefers so he does polite discussion when they work together but does not try to do anything more. -Arthur Eel - Negative: A criminal ludite, the fact this is what Concern makes him work with annoys Isaac to no end. Yet he is forced to at least respect the skills of the man, though he only trusts him as far as he can keep an eye on him. An old convict with a grudge against society forced to work in a priceless corporately owned installation, what if he decides to go out with a bang or something? -Alyssa Cross - Positive: When Alyssa initially came to the Dome, Isaac had been very skeptical to have a murderer work with him, but after a couple of years he mellowed out his opinion somewhat. He isn't sure if she did it or not, but her education and competence are genuine and although her snark is annoying, Isaac has done enough self reflection to understand this is probably how he comes out to others so he's willing to let it slide. -Yevpraksiya Popova - Very Negative: Without being corpo aristocracy, Isaac led a very sheltered life that makes him unable to believe the dept of human misery some people suffer. In his mind, rough looking ruffian types are taken at face value and Popova must've done something to deserve her fate and all those terrible stories must be exaggerated or lies. -Rhiannon Rossi - Negative: Too whimsical and not dedicated enough for his tastes, plus they got hired without having an official completed DVM, what is Concern thinking? After these years at least they've proven capable of doing their job without fucking up and if lying on their resume is their worst crimes then he can tolerate them. -Isaac Adesso - Very Positive: This guy gets it, the urge to embark on a colony ship and get out there in the big unknown! And Isaac also gets it, to be passed over and left behind, your dreams crushed but still having to go on with life. The doctor roots for the EVA specialist and often chooses to turn a blind eye on his cavalier attitude toward regulations as well as schedule at least one yearly physical inspection of dome integrity to get the man to use his skills even if it could have been done remotely by drone. -Gwendlyn Neilson - Positive: Gwendlyn's CV might not have all the bells and whistles Isaac would want someone working in this dome to have, but his middle class sensibilities give him a lot of respect for someone he sees as genuinely trying to pull herself up by her bootstraps and do better for herself without getting involved in crime like way too many others here. Plus for someone with no bio expertise she grows surprisingly good tea and seasonings and the two have had some fun 'theoretical' discussions about fermentation.
