Would a woman haunted/possessed by a powerful spirit be interesting? I'm thinking that she'd be from one of the influential human families, but she's not very well-liked by the wider community due to her eccentricities. Due to family issues, more responsibilities fall on her head, and all the while she has to deal with the haunting, and try to keep her friends and constituents from finding out about it.
