As our local Fairy expert, I can say that Faeries do not have surnames. In terms of naming conventions, keep in mind that Fairies name [i]themselves[/i] after they are born, would you trust a Fairy to follow reliable naming conventions? Still, such conventions exist~

Oh, and male Fairies basically do not exist.
