We do still have the 24 hour rule, but we can make an exception here. We've only had one person recently express interest in joining and he hasn't stated what he would be interested in.

[@King Kindred]'s update is correct. I was sick during January and things have been busy, so I haven't updated that timeline as I should. I'll seek to rectify that soon.
