Gambling was never his cup of tea, as it were. So instead he simply sampled the occasional hors d’oeuvres tray or the occasional glass of a non-alcoholic champagne - as he wasn’t there to let himself get drunk either. Rather, he spent his time watching and observing the Bogard twins as they bounced between game tables and racked up their winnings. From this - as well as recalling what he saw of them during the fight against Abigail - the Captain was able to more or less piece together what he believed their fighting style amounted to. In the simplest terms, he guessed it was based around some form gambling archetype for the purposes of building up gold that they could then later spend to use their stronger techniques or special moves. It was probably similar to something like the Power Gauge or Super Meter, but functioned a bit more on luck instead. And so Falcon essentially pegged the twins’ fighting style to be one based around high risk and high reward. The only thing that worried him was having them face large opponents such as Abigail - given the trouble the bruiser had given them earlier. And speaking of trouble, Falcon also spotted the appearance of the two individuals that Band had pegged as the head honchos around here. Casino bosses were often known to take issue with guests winning too often - whether those wins were legitimate or not. But this was more than that. Cap knew a crime boss when he saw one and these Big people may as well have been wearing neon signs that told the world that they were giving orders to the local criminal element. And that, Falcon knew, was only going to mean even more trouble. As such, he didn’t hesitate to set his glass aside on a passerby tray before making his way over to put himself between the kids and the Bigs, ”What seems to be the problem here?” Falcon asked the man, trying to de-escalate first in the hopes of avoiding a fight. He wasn’t sure how well he or the other Seekers could talk down these two but it was worth at least trying before the fists started flying.
