Mihail Chivu
Mihail was tempted to say something to Holiday as she said her send-off to him. That something was either piss off, or something else more vulgar, which would betray his upbringing. Instead, he chose to stay silent as he heard the news, and he went on with his morning. Starting with a shower. He always woke up before Holiday would address him and the crew. Mihail is not sure why, but it is something he does not mind. More time to spend some alone time before needing to work at this poor excuse of a workcamp. Sure, he is being useful and productive. It does not mean he has to enjoy given what has happened to him. Still, he might as well make the best of it while he is on this rock. Mihail thought as he dried off, put his clothes on, and got his breakfast. He will return to Earth someday, and when that happens. Maybe he can do something to help Mother Earth. It is not like the Concern cares at all. Or his family, for that matter. A bitter thought he has sometimes since coming to the Dome. But he brushes it off whenever it appears. He does not want to be all doom and gloom while he is at his place. So, he prepared for something good, his meal and some quiet. Mihail sat down at his table and enjoyed his food. Nothing special, but his favorites with some coffee. Which, as he was eating in peace and thinking about that poor cow and what exactly it ate to make it sick. When the familiar voice of his boss. Who sounded like his normal self. Mihail could only sigh and look down at his nearly empty cup of coffee after hearing his words. "Time to work," he said in a soft whisper and quickly finished his meal before getting on comms. "This is Mihail, and I am getting that on that now." He got up and went straight to work to his workstation to analyze that grass. This is probably nothing, he thought, but he will still do his best. The last thing he wants is to do something to get himself stuck in this dome forever. He will walk on Mother Earth again. It will just take time, is all.
