Gwen waved back to Arthur before tapping her pipe against the heel of her boot to knock the ash out. She went back into the Cauldron to finish getting ready for the day. When Kaplan barked his orders over the comms, her face contorted into a scowl. [Color=CD7F32]"I swear that man thinks we don't care about our work here. I was already planning on talking with you and Adesso about trying to find the source of it."[/color]

The scowl lightened into a small smile when Arthur had Holiday make a repair log about the intercom in the Cauldron only having static. [Color=CD7F32]"Fair enough, I was planning on repairing a short in a charger for a harvester in the orchard. I'll deal with the oil leak so Yev isn't down there by herself."[/color] She lifts her own comm up. [Color=CD7F32]"Nielson copies, I should only need 57104. I'll put fixing that short circuit for charger five in the orchard on hold until the oil leak is resolved. Just make sure no harvesters use it and don't have anyone touch it. Those are [i]high voltage[/i] lines with lots of amperage. I don't want anyone getting hurt cause they don't know what they are doing."[/color] 

She looked over to where the coffee gear was hidden away then to Arthur. [Color=CD7F32]"Maybe when I get back from the pits. Delivery has been made, I was thinking of index finger on my arm here"[/color] she wiggled the prosthetic finger, it was clearly showing wear. [Color=CD7F32]"The cereplast they used to make it is finally starting to crack. I was thinking some kind of plaststeel, but you know these materials better. All I'm looking for is durability and dexterity."[/color]

Gwendlyn grabbed her tool bag off the cart and the hard hat from her locker. She closed her eyes briefly to look over the pipelines and the maintenance corridors to get to the site Holiday marked. Once she found the best route, Neilson went to the entrance point on the west side of the Cauldron and began her trek into the winding dimly lit maze below the surface.
