Monsters, abominations, creatures of the night. Things people think exist in old stories and legends. Sometimes, blame them when someone dies or goes missing. But for people like us, we know the truth. Monsters are real, and our order has been hunting them for centuries. Our order once stretched far and wide, and monsters were kept in check.      

But the world has changed much since our founding, and while we were strong. Time was not fair to us as monsters receded from the world. Leaving us to question our purpose. We were brought low by barbarians, rising nations, civil war, and even religion.            

Now, in the present day of 1000 AD. Only one bastion is left that belongs to our order, and we have lost much of our history and power. But still, we remain and continue to hunt monsters that threaten humanity, even in our weakened state.

But recently, we have been getting more and more reports of monsters throughout Europe. A resurgence of activity unseen since the fall of Rome. To deal with the rising threat. We have begun rebuilding, thanks to an agreement with a local lord, and have recruited new blood.  

Now we prepare to send out and deal with the monster threat. Unaware of what is truly coming.

Hello and welcome to the rp. In this rp, you will be playing new members of the Valoran Order or just known as the Order. An ancient monster hunting order that still survives, but in a weakened state. Now the play area will be Europe as the group will travel from the Order's bastion in Germany to other parts of Europe as they hunt down and kill monsters. Eventually, discovering a major threat and stopping it. So there will be an overarching plot while having a
