Once manifested, it could rain softly or fiercely, and could even be directed towards a single person. The rain itself seems to have an unusual effects on his opponents, as it is able to drain them of their chakra and vitality, while seemingly making them sad as well. Once produced in terms of offence and defense, he could summon varying sizes of very powerful, pressurized, water trenches to either block incoming attacks, restrain, or crush his opponents. He could even create huge water bubbles that attacks opponents with concussive force. Coming from many different directions, each of his attacks could manifest from anywhere within his vicinity, seemingly coming from thin air.

1. [b]Hiding in Rain Technique[/b] (Water):
The user blends in with the rain to be near by the enemy. When used by Tsurugi, he can summon rain around him at will.
2. [b]Falling Rain of Death[/b] (Water):
By using the existing rain around them, the user infuses their chakra into the individual raindrops, sharpening them into ultra-thin needles to fall down and skew their targets. Because of its minuscule nature and how they blend in with the rest of the rain, it is hard for a person to discern the true nature of this technique without prior knowledge.
3. [b]Water Body Technique[/b] (Water):
This technique transforms the user's entire form into water and back at will, granting the user free control of their shape, including slipping through small cracks. This technique allows for high-level infiltration and stealth. By travelling down a target's mouth, even a recently deceased one, the user is also able to possess them, controlling the body's full range movements and actions as if their own personal body, even talking. Due to this form's fluid and malleable nature, physical attacks will harmlessly pass through them.
