While Alicia's question was not directly answered, the continued motion of events and Penny's warning provided all the information that she needed. It sounded like there wouldn't be time to strike at the conduits. They would simply have to go to Covington Tower and stop whatever scheme was afoot at the source. Alicia didn't really mind one way or the other, so long as they actually had a chance to stop what was coming if they did this.

The Queen's Army was still a threat, but as Alicia stepped back from the map of the city she knew that there was no chance she was going to miss fighting the Queen Not after her previous failures at confronting the major threats to the city. She was not going to take the chance that some other villain would use this opportunity to empower themselves off the Queen's defeat. Not again.

I'm counting on you all."[/color] She knew that they had begun some efforts before the attack on the Queen's Castle had started, so hopefully it would be enough to hold the line until the Queen was defeated. For now, she prepared to head out to Covington Tower, however they ended up doing that.
