Okay, I read the CS and I need more for the personality part than just that he does not like using blasters.  
Same thing with appearance since you did not provide a picture, and I had to look up what a Gotal looks like. Say what he looks like. 

For the Rank and Forces Abilities part of the CS, just say N/A rather than leave it as is since your character is neither military nor a Jedi. 

One last thing, you do not need to change it since I know there is no rule for it and I have not seen someone do it. But do not use custom planets since there are alot of planets in star wars in both Legends and Canon where you can find a plant you like and making one up is not needed. 

That is it, and make the edits and we will see if the CS is acceptable or not.
