Sorry for the excitement deflation if you've subscribed to this and just received a New Post notification - it isn't the kind I know you've been eager for! ; ) 

This is an update. 
I haven't before included such things here, leaving them as eXtras for those who join the journey on my actual site, but I felt like cross-posting this one.

[color=gold]Hey there, my patient X-Fans!



So I've been dealing with some dealings and feeling some feelings - This year seems to have found me on something of a personal journey.



What that has translated to with regards to writing, is an extended stay in the "Take In" phase of my cycle. I believe I've mentioned this before, but if not, what I'm talking about is my natural system of operation as it pertains to creativity. I go through cycles of "Put Out", when I'm most prolific; geared to produce, "Take In", when my mind's more geared towards absorbing life & things around me (you could also think of this as inspiration gathering), and a sort of in-between where I may be neither here nor there.



Where I am now could also be the result of how I've gone hard on Envisionings since I debuted it in 2023! With a restructuring occurring in 2024 preceding the launch of the superiorly satisfying 2nd Edition in 2025, which included a real headgame of rework on the second full storyline! Couple that with major events on the stressful front and smaller "one thing after another" hits across those years, and I think my mind may've simply decided it's earned a break! 



(to say nothing of having hit a creativity-zapping transitional period of the year right now, weather-wise. Oh to borrow Storm's powers!)



But, hope could be on the horizon, as I finally feel myself drifting back into that production phase. That said, my brain is presently geared towards working out the finer details of a different project or so (one cannot make a living off another man's IP, after all).
But! Continuing Envisionings' third full storyline is certainly not off my mind! Not even in the far background of it! More like the row just back of the first or first two, if you imagine theatre seating.



I still have my organized game plan of how to hit that storyline's 2nd Edition hard & right once my gears do shift back that way! Who knows? That fateful event could yet occur as soon as this weekend!



One thing is for sure - when it's meant to be, it will materialize like a superpower!!
