Scypho acknowledged Iris’s and Nina’s good morning with a wordless gaze as she made it down the last of the stairs. Attending Iris's remarks in mild disinterest with a scrutinizing stare, her red eyes focused on Iris’s Iris’s letting her finish her remarks. She didn’t know what all the hubbub was about, she quite liked the beach and all that it had to offer. But the others seemed intent on trying to figure out how to revert everything back to the way it had been before. Though it was troubling that others kept disappearing without a trace or warning, especially three of the more senior and leading members of Maverick. Now with Trixy having been the latest she was stuck with Nina and Iris, neither of whom she knew all that well other than their brief interactions here and there within the same organization and after Daggernose Dan changed everything. She had yet to build any trust with either of them, nor have they yet to build any trust with her in return.

She found Iris’s plan to confront Dan Daggernose quite foolish, she knew he was not likely to give them a suitable or logical answer to the question. Not only that it seemed unwise to antagonize a massive muscular orange shark man if you didn’t have to. He had all the cards right now, and was the king of this little sea.  Especially when all they had was a spider with a giant corn dog, a jellyfish with a pool noodle and Nina with the jump rope and beach ball. At least they could offer him a form of food and some beach side entertainment but that was about it for their options as far as Scypho was concerned.

Giving a shrug of her shoulders as she lifted her sleeve covered hands up. [color=f49ac2]“He could have eaten them, he is a shark after all”[/color] Scypho suggested to Nina and Iris without an ounce of humor within her stern tone with a glance towards Nina then back to Iris. Whether she was joking to try to be funny and lighten the mood or she was being serious there wasn’t any visible sign of either upon her features. If her two co-patriots wished to go confront Dan for answers, she had very little choice but to accompany them as a united Maverick front despite her reservations about how successful it would be. The shark had shown very little interest in giving up any information beyond his beach plans and she didn’t think that would change anytime soon.
