Wow, it's been quite some time since I've been around on here. I've been in a severe RP drought, though, so I've decided to brush off this dusty old account and throw my hat back into the ring. [b]About Me[/b] Hi! You can call me Echo. I'm a twenty-something year old who's been in the roleplaying game for around a decade now. I'm a big fan of horror, fantasy, post-apocalyptic, and cyberpunk settings, and I'm looking to start with a couple onexones before potentially dipping into the larger roleplays of this site. Possibly. My writing length varies. I don't mind writing some paragraphs for an intro or for emphasis, but I don't really see the point in writing massive posts for every post in the middle of a conversation. I generally try to mirror my partners' writing length, but do keep that in mind. I tend to write predominantly female characters, and the ones I've listed below fall under that umbrella. I'd also really rather my partners be closer to my age. If you're interested in onexoneing with me, you being 18+ is non-negotiable. That [i]doesn't mean I'm planning on writing anything explicit, though![/i] If we do end up writing a romance that winds in that direction, I prefer fade to black and/or fade to blur. I also don't necessarily expect character romance, either. If our characters click, that's great, but I'm also happy to write platonic dynamics as well. I find them incredibly underrated. Outside of these things, I'd love to find a RP partner that I can vibe with OOC. I'm of the belief that being able to be excited about what we're writing is great for keeping things afloat, and I'd also love to find a new friend or two at any rate. [b]Characters She Works Best With:[/b] Cole tends to click best with characters who are also self-confident and charismatic, and also potentially even ethically questionable (to an extent). She's happy to get along with anyone, however- she's just as happy to hang out with someone on the more reserved side. If you're looking for a romance, her preferred types include egotistical, somewhat sinister men who can get blown over by a good gust of wind, and people who are generally normal at first glance but are actually kind of deranged. Personality: Stoic, snarky, serious. She keeps her cards held close to her chest, and believes in doing what needs to be done for the greater good. [b]Characters She Works Best With:[/b] Dawn values competence in friends and romantic partners alike. She has very little patience for people who hinder her, and seeks out people she can trust to have her back: whether they're fellow investigators at a crime scene, a doctor who regularly tends her wounds, or someone else. Despite her gruffness, she appreciates people who are the opposite: people who are genuinely kind, gentle, and maybe even a little dumb. [/hider] More possibly to come later, when I feel like it.
