Have my concept down (dwarf mage), just looking for some clarifications before I really buckle down to work on the sheet:

1. What's the bound (upper, lower, average) on what rider mages, or mages in general, are capable of? 

2. Of the amount of awakened/mages, are riders exceedingly rare even among them?
