[@Deadline] There is no predetermined format. Microfiction & poetry allow for a range of literary and poetry styles, so one example would just be one example. You can browse this subforum and have a look at the threads called "Microfiction & Poetry contest #x - voting and feedback" to get an idea of what is possible. All entries of the previous contests are posted in these threads.
