She is skilled in performing autopsies and investigating to find the cause of death for investigations. This also comes with knowledge of human anatomy as well as information about diseases, environmental exposures, and identifying trends in public health.[/i][/color]

For Evereigh, to combat the myriad of horrors she faces she relies on her sardonic nature to get by. No one, not even herself, is safe from her sarcasm and wit. This doesn't put her in the best light with others, but somehow, that suits her just fine.[/i][/color]

When there are questions that still need answers, she does not rest easily until she is done with them. This causes more stress, sure, but once things are wrapped in a nice bow, she can rest. [color=808080] The only child of immigrant parents, Evereigh has a lot of expectations foisted on her young shoulders. To some, that may have been the driving factor in future estrangement from their parents, but Evereigh saw it as a challenge. Her young, inquisitive mind always sought answers to hard questions. Early on, it was apparent Evereigh was destined for great things. So when her parents were killed in a drunk driving accident, she sought answers. She found none.

Evereigh went to live with her aunt in Maryland. She excelled in school despite the loss she felt. Teachers praised her ability and intelligence, but often noted how isolated he became. Evereigh also began a streak of rebellion, smoking outside school, vandalizing property, and stealing. Even though she got the work done, she fell in with the wrong crowd. She became more withdrawn. When her aunt was diagnosed with cancer and nearly lost her life, it woke up something within her. Evereigh threw herself into her work and promised to offer answers to the unexplainable.

With her grades, Evereigh attended Harvard University, working her way through to medical school at an early age and focusing on forensic pathology. It was there that she figured she could do her best to provide answers to questions and help others. She graduated and took an early job with the Boston Coroner's Office. She worked her way up through the ranks, earning her recommendations and job offers.

During an investigation into the death of a prominent political figure, Evereigh discovered the cause of death and connected it to the Boston police department, notably the chief of police. What Evereigh did not expect was how far the chief's connections were. Soon, Evereigh's name was blacklised and she was soon let go from her position. After some death threats, Evereigh decided she needed to get away from Boston and the state in general. She drove until she couldn't stand it anymore, landing in Pine Ridge.

Establishing herself as the town's medical examiner, Evereigh quickly found herself in a place she could call home. And as Pine Ridge opened up more, she saw the murky depths, the darkness at the center, and ever the fact finder, she strived to find answers to the madness that was Pine Ridge. Was it fate? Was it chance? Either way Pine Ridge had a giant question mark attached to it and Evereigh wanted answers. [/color]
