Nancy chaffed at the attention - particularly at Zeke’s declaration that he wasn’t going to leave her alone another second while they were at the camp. She could empathize with where he was coming from, but she hated it all the same. She despised being treated like a doll, like something fragile that could break at any moment. [color=9370DB]“Zeke, I’m not going to shatter the first moment you look away,”[/color] she protested, even as she allowed her twin to pull her along and drag her off - with Demi.

I don’t think you want to be hanging onto me the entire time, either,”[/color] she shot a glance in Demi’s direction, hoping that he would back her up on this. If there was anyone at camp who would be on her side on this, it had to be Zeke’s boyfriend. He didn’t want Nancy as a plus one to every activity too.
