[@Zman] Alright, so not bad, mostly good, but a couple things for backstory.

First, Sagamiyama is a landlocked city, so there wouldn't be a docks district. There's definitely warehouses, camp sites and hiking trails, and there would be a town nearby that is by the ocean. It'd just be an hour drive up north. So you can work around that if you like (eg. Family is split between seaside town and Sagamiyama).

Probably also get rid of the "Months before the RP started".

Finally, he probably would not be allowed to tell his family about these things. He wouldn't be able to connect with Soul Society too. Substitute Shinigami aren't usually given that privilege without fulfilling certain requirements. Which you will learn about in this RP.

Everything else appears fairly ok, we'll talk stats and arts and shikai later once we get that stuff sorted.
